Content:	Yesterday, I've released the 4th and last edition of the 202-page Delphi XE DataSnap Development Essentials in PDF format from http://www.eBob42.com/courseware - see the Table of Contents for more details. All customers of this manual should have received the 4th edition as free update in their mailbox by now. There will be no more future updates of this DataSnap XE manual. The next edition will be the Delphi XE2 DataSnap Development Essentials manual. Based on this XE manual, but with XE2 information added, including - but not limited to - 64-bit Servers, FireMonkey clients (for Windows and Mac OS X) and more, so stay tuned. You can still purchase the Delphi XE DataSnap Development Essentials PDF now, and get all updates until the end of 2012, which will include the DataSnap XE2 title. This offer is valid until the DataSnap XE2 edition is released (in a few weeks from now). After that day, the price for the DataSnap XE courseware manual will be lowered, but will no longer include the free DataSnap XE2 upgrade.

Keith 11/11/15 00:45:51 I clicked on '.../courseware', logged in under Guest, clicked on DelphiXE DataSnap Development Essentials, but on the following form, the 'Add to Basket' button stays disabled. (Since the Logout button was enabled, I presume I was logged in correctly.) What should I do? pket555@yahoo.com
Bob Swart 11/11/15 07:42:27 Keith: when logged in as guest, you cannot order courseware manuals (you can just browser through the offering of titles). Obviously I wouldn't know where to send the courseware manual to by e-mail (or the invoice), if you used the "guest" account.
If you have a problem registering as a new user, you can always send me an e-mail or just use one of the "Buy Now" buttons at http://www.eBob42.com/courseware/paypal

Bob Swart 11/11/23 08:06:16 Yes, this offer is still valid. Until the end of November 2011, you can purchase the Delphi XE DataSnap Development Essentials PDF (for 99 Euro) and will automatically also get the XE2 title and all updates of that one until the end of 2012.
After November 30th, the price for the Delphi XE DataSnap Development PDF will be lowered, but you will no longer get the free update to the XE2 title. And as of November 30th, you can purchase the Delphi XE2 DataSnap Develoment PDF for 99 Euro, but will no longer get the previous XE title included.
So until the end of next week, you can get both the current XE and new XE2 PDF manuals for the price of just one.

m.numa 12/03/27 00:48:55 I have one datasnapXE2 server (simple one), with lifecyscle=session , and one client wich has tow connection to that server , the big problem is after connect the tow connection of that client and call some methods (also very simple) one or both the servermethods class destory without any clear reason , I trace and debug every thing and all code is perfect in very standard ways ! , and test it on other OS (7,XP,Server2003,Server2008) but the same . would you make some help ?
