The new Embarcadero Upgrade Rules that were planned to become effective on January 1st, 2010 have been delayed to February 1st, 2010, offering developers an additional month to upgrade their older versions of Delphi or C++Builder to a more recent version.
If you're from The Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg, then feel free to upgrade your older version of Delphi or C++Builder to a more recent one using Bob Swart Training & Consultancy (i.e. me) as your reseller (which means you get my personal support and courseware manual(s) to help you get up to speed with the latest editions).
