Delphi and C++Builder 2009 Update 1 is available for download (using the Check for Updates tool from the Delphi 2009 Program Group of detected by the IDE itself). 
It's not yet available for download from the Delphi Registered User Downloads page.
Before you install, check the Release Notes for Update 1.
After you've installed the update, the about box should say version 12.0.3210.17555, and the list of Updates should list Delphi and C++Builder 2009 Help as well as Delphi and C++Builder 2009 Update 1.

Unfortunately, Update 1 is a general update for Delphi 2009, but does not include any database fixes (that would require a dpback update, which I hope to see soon).
