One of the benefits of a wide screen (like 1920x1200 pixels) is that you have enough space to design your forms with the object inspector and tool palette on the side. However, another benefit is the fact that you can right-click on the Code Editor and open two (or more) edit windows and edit your source files side-by-side. The new edit windows remain "on top" of the IDE (and each other), and with a 1920 pixel wide monitor, and right margin of 80, I can almost put three side-by side - only a little overlap if I close the Object Inspector. And the best thing is that you can even open multiple files in each separate Code Window, so this is also a way to work on the designer and code of the same unit side-by-side again. Not to mention the fact that you can move these new Code Windows to your other monitors in a multi-monitor setting ;-)
