I only just recently (today actually) discovered a newsgroup on the Borland server called borland.public.delphi.dotnetPreview, which I first associated with the old Delphi for .NET preview command-line compiler that shipped with Delphi 7, but I quickly discovered that this is a newsgroup, created in July 2005 to discuss upcoming technologies that Delphi will support via the .NET framework.
Recent topics include the Delphi 2005 for .NET Compact Framework Technology Preview, so if you're working with that, you may well check it out!
